Barrier PET Packaging Development Training

Barrier characteristics are important for a variety of reasons. Multilayer packages are one of the methods that are being developed to improve barrier characteristics of PET packages. This two-hour segment investigates methods, materials, equipment and applications in the forefront of this technology. Other barrier enhancements such as coatings or alternate materials like PEN are also discussed.
